Innovation Quarter

The Innovation Quarter is a rapidly growing and changing district in downtown Winston-Salem. 

It transformed from an industrial, tobacco manufacturing site to an urban district aimed of fostering innovation such as technological advances. At its heart is the Bailey Park which is surrounded by a combination of restaurants, educational, and research spaces among various new/restored apartment complexes.
